All Nuumed Wool is knitted onto a cotton yarn giving you all the wool you need with no skin attached. Wool has the ability to absorb up to 30% of its own weight in moisture before feeling damp allowing you to keep your horse dry & comfortable. The natural fibres of the wool are hypoallergenic and less likely to cause skin reactions or allergies. 100% renewable & 100% biodegradable.
Available in Medium - fit 16-17" saddles, Large fit 17 - 18" saddles depending on panel length.

The Company
NuuMed started making saddlepads, numnahs and accessories in Somerset, England over 25 years ago and we are still here! We have made some changes at the factory but only to improve the service we offer and to ensure our products are always top quality.
We now have over 80 styles of saddlepads and numnahs plus accessories in the range. We also make an ever increasing number of made to measure items alongside a booming line in embroidered saddlepads largely for companies needing them for their sponsored riders.
The company was started by a fabulous man called Ian Pocock who, having ridden all his life, realised an ambition to create a saddlepad that:
- fitted saddles properly
- was comfortable for the horse
- looked good and kept on looking good for a long time
- was easy to look after ie. it could be washed day in, day out if necessary
So he made a NuuMed HiWither saddlepad that fitted all these criteria and then another.......and in his lifetime he created over 40 different designs.
